Supernatural (in
Portugal and Brazil, Supernatural) is a series of American television eurbana
dark fantasy created by Eric Kripke produced by Warner Bros. Television in
association with Wonderland Sound and Vision, which premiered on September 13,
2005 on The WB, and then became part of the programming of The CW. The series
tells the story of two brothers, Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester, played
respectively by Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, who hunt demons, ghosts,
monsters and other supernatural creatures in the world.

Supernatural was developing for almost ten years; in its original idea, the
Winchesters did not exist, the story was based on journalists who reported on
their news supernatural events. As the WB, original station program, did not
approve the idea, Kripke reshaped the concept of the series and was approved. The original executive producers are Kripke,
McG, and Robert Singer.
Filming of the
series take place in Vancouver, in the state of British Columbia, Canada. Its
pilot episode was seen by more than 5.69 million viewers, and the audience rating of the first four
episodes led to The WB produce a first full season of 22 episodes. Originally,
Kripke planned the series for three seasons, but later expanded to five. The

Hi! ^-^ It's Aline here, again. Today, we can expand a little more our horizons and learn about values, yes, human values, that make us a better person every day. But first, what is being a good person to you? Maybe this term is really relative, anyway.
1-Be kind and offer help when needed
Having a positive attitude means being able to give a little of yourself to anyone that need, and even a little thing, you can save someone's day, a friend with difficulties in math, an old person with many bags. These things do not cost much, do not hurt and bring many smiles =3
2-Talk less and listen more
Be polite and listen to what people have to say! Allow everyone to express their views, showing that you care about people. Speaking less about yourself, you can have better conversations and find great friends, as well as other special people in your life.
3- Be confident
Inspire confidence and show to people that they can count on you at any time, no matter what happens! Show that they can smile with you, even cry, but always find a friendly shoulder or a great advisor who will support them. Do not gossip, betray your friends and spread rumors are not cool things.
4- If you want something, be sure to ask
Never force anyone to do something for you, besides being rude, it gives the impression that you feel superior to others! And to not cause this impression, be humble and have good manners.
5- Be careful with what you say!
Even if you're joking, do not speak ill of anyone, because it makes people uncomfortable and sad. Someone may even laugh, but this does not prevent it from getting deeply hurt by what you said and consider you like unpleasant.
6- Treat people the way you would like to be treated
Respecting other people, you automatically begin to work for a greater good, and may even inspire others to change for the better too. Act in a kind way with people, and never forget to smile!
A little more:
•You do not need to force yourself to smile, but when you're really having fun there is no reason to suppress the happiness inside you
•Always try to think before speaking, when we are angry, sometimes we say some inappropriate things, so do not let it happens to you
• Always be polite, treating people with kindness and brightening their days, even people you can not stand with.
•Wishes the good for people too! And celebrate with them the best things in life
•Try to find the good side of things, and bring to people all your positivity, making them feel comfortable and hopeful
•Do good without looking at who, without judging people by treating everyone with love and showing that you care
•Learn to ask for things, never take anything or threatens someone just to get what you want
•Do not act like you know everything because you don’t. You’re also a
person and can go wrong at any time
•Do not lie to people. What kind of relationship can be built through falsehoods? Everyone wants to see who you are, and even your defects would be an amazing thing to know. Mutual trust happens only through sincerity
Well, here’s the tips end, but you can put them into practice every day, and none of it is impossible! It is certainly not easy, but who wants, always find a way. XOXO, Byee! *-*

So guys, I hope you all have enjoyed this post and that after all these wonderful destinations, you can really think about it and tell us your travel experiences. XOXO, Byee!
Hello, guys! It's Sabrina again. Well, I think you all love series, right? It doesn't matter which kind: horror series, sitcoms (like Friends and How I Met Your Mother sz), sci-fi, reality shows (who has never watched one?) or medical dramas, TV bring to us a lot of interesting histories that involve us in a way just we can understand. Since that, I came here to talk about my favorite TV show: Teen Wolf. And not only talk about its history, but about its actors, its soundtrack and how amazing is the Teen Wolf campaign. In short, remove all the wrong "this is a fool little girl TV show" thoughts.
First of all: the history
At first, Teen Wolf may seems a little fool, but its history is really addictive and once you get involve you won't stop watch it anymore.
Scott McCall (Tyler Posey) is a 16 years old guy, who has an usual life in Beacon Hills, California. He goes to school, got those good grades, try to be a part of the high school's lacrosse team and has his best friend: Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O'Brien), who is an hyperactive, sarcastic, cute and nerd guy, plus, he is loyal to his best friend. In one special night, Scott and Stiles went to the woods in the middle of the night to look for a dead girl's body (why not, yeah?). That's because Stiles' father is the town sheriff, so Stiles is addicted in policial cases. In this night, Scott end up being bitten by a werewolf, which he just discovers because of his best friend. After that, his life changes completely, and so does himself. He starts to deal with the most strange and mythological creatures, like kitsunes, nogitsunes, banshees, darachs, skinwalkers, kanimas and a bunch more, which Jeff Davis, executive producer, has explored really well, showing interesting facts about each one of them.
The TV show is full of romance too, with the lovely Allison Argent (Crystal Reed), the hunter's daughter and Scott's first love (yeah, if you're a werewolf, why not fall in love with a hunter's daughter?). But the girl is not only sweet and beautiful, she is pretty brave and strong and has many abilities with a bow and a arrow. Her best friend, Lydia Martin (Holland Roden) is the cliche snobbish high school girl, but I swear she stopped being that person. Lydia is not only a beautiful face, her IQ (that is above 170) proves that. I mean, she is genious, strong, loyal, trustworthy and is always ready to support her friends, without losing her style (or her Stiles, if you know what I mean). Unfortunately, she only turns into this brave girl after she stops being fake and act like she was dumb and superficial, mainly because of his boyfriend, Jackson. As you can clearly see on every single episode, or almost that, Stiles is completely in love with Lydia since the 3rd grade, but she has never felt the same (Stydia fans are still waiting). Although there are a lot, I mean A LOT,of Stydia scenes, which bring feelings and take out our breath (if you're from the fandom, you'll get that).
The show is really funny too, mainly because of Stiles' sarcasm and how he is afraid with Derek Hale in the first season, because he is a dark guy and a werewolf. But deep inside, he just wants to protect his pack, even with his rude way. You'll laugh loud with their relationship and scenes. There is a sweet bromance between Stiles and Scott too, I mean, the main bromance of the show. They are like brothers, in and out the show, 'cause Dylan and Tyler are best friends, they are always showing their love both in the fiction and in the real life.
Reasons why you should watch it
The show brings a mix of fun scenes, full of humor, drama scenes, action, guns, silver bullets, arrows, wolfsbane, blood and fights among werewolves and between werewolves and hunters (the Argents). There are bad villains and mistery, since every season has a main villain (or more than one) and Scott's pack has to figure out what to do to keep everyone safe. On season 3 part B, one of the main characters turns to the bad path and becomes the scariest and best villain of the 5 seasons (a huge part of the fandom agrees). There are sports scenes, full of action, like the beloved lacrosse games with the coach, recognized by his humor, where the girls watch the guys playing and give them support (or play themselves, like one of the main characters in season 4). There are a lot of cute scenes between Allison and Scott (like Allison teaching him how to go ice skating), Stiles and Lydia and Scott, Stiles, Derek and the full pack, because they all love each other and are always ready to save each other's life. Another cool thing about the show is that you are able to learn a lot of mythology just by watching it, since every season focus on a different one, like Japan's and Celtic mythologies.
The soundtrack
Teen Wolf's soundtrack is really really good, maybe because it's a MTV show (Music Television). The songs are usually not famous, but pretty good, with that you can find a lot of interesting songs you've never heard about. Here it is some of them:
Tyler is a very talented and funny guy who was born in Santa Monica, California. His parents are Cyndi Terese Garcia and John Posey. He has started his career earlier than the others actors in this list, when he was just a kid and has acted in many movies and series as a guest. Tyler starred with Miley Cyrus once and she was his first kiss and girlfriend. He was in a relationship with his middle-school-lover since his 12 years old, they even got engaged, but broke up in 2014. Tyler's mom, Cyndi, died in 2014 and Teen Wolf's 5th season was dedicated to her memory. He almost became Twilight's Jacob Black, but Taylor Lautner got the role, although, being a werewolf was in his fate, since he bacame Scott McCall in 2011. Tyler is really extroverted and is not ashamed of paparazzis or of taken his t-shirt off in front of the cameras. He is always playing with the cast and loves animals and music, he is even part of a band called Disappearing Jamie.
2- Dylan O'Brien
The cute Dylan O'Brien was born in New York and started to act really young, in 2011, since his parents are involved in the movies market. With 14 years old he started an YouTube channel called This Be My Channel, where he uploaded videos talking about his life and showing his opinion about some things. He's now acting, besides Teen Wolf, in The Maze Runner, as the main character, Thomas. His next movies are The Maze Runner: The Death Cure and Deepwater Horizon. Dylan went to Teen Wolf audition to play the role of Scott McCall, but he related more with Stiles Stilinski, and he is not wrong: they are almost the same really funny and intelligent guys. Many fans play with him saying "your Stiles is showing". His girlfriend is Britt Robertson and they met in 2011 in the filming set of the really good movie "The First Time", where they were the main characters. If you want to know more about them go to: Dylan and Britt
3- Holland Roden
Holland is a very intelligent woman, she supports many anti-bullying, anti-racism, LGBT and peace campaigns. Her family is full of doctors, so she almost follow that career, since she used to have this "boring university life". but Holland has always loved to act and her drama teacher supported her to keep going on the actress career and in 2008 she got a role in Lost, one of her favorite shows. In 2011 she made the audition to the Allison Argent's role in Teen Wolf, but Holland didn't got it, although, the producers did like her and called her to make Lydia's audition. When she got the role, the producers wanted to write more about the character. To have an idea, Lydia was a secundary, dumb and superficial character, like in the beginning of the show, but Holland inspired them to write more about Lydia, who became who she is now just because of Mrs. Roden.
4- Crystal Reed
Crystal Reed was born in Detroit, Michigan and studied at Wayne State University, having a Bachelor of Fine Arts. She moved to Hollywood in 2008 after has participated in many local productions in Chicago. In 2010 Crystal participated as a guest in many TV shows and in the same year, she was chosen to play the role of Allison Argent. Jeff Davis, executive producer, said in a interview that Crystal was the first person in the audition and nobody was better than her. He just kept saying "not as good as Crystal" every time someone ended the audition. In 2014 she left the show in a very emotionally episode of season 3B, because she wanted more mature works, besides, she likes to participate in many different works at the same time. Until nowadays Allison Argent still being considered one of the most missed characters in the "series world".
Teen Wolf's Howl For a Cure Campaign
This is it, guys, I hope you've liked the post and in you get interested in Teen Wolf, go watch it! I'm pretty sure you'll love it. Until the next, guys, bye.
The
Paralympic Games is a major multi-sport international event Involving athletes
with a range of disabilities, including impaired muscle power (eg paraplegia
and quadriplegia, muscular dystrophy, post-polio syndrome, spina bifida),
impaired passive range of movement, limb deficiency ( eg amputation or
dysmelia), leg length difference, short stature, hypertonia, ataxia, athetosis,
vision impairment and intellectual impairment. There are Winter and Summer
Paralympic Games, Which since the 1988 Summer Games in Seoul, South Korea, are
held almost immediately Following the respective Olympic Games. All Paralympic
Games are Governed by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
The
Paralympics has grown from a small gathering of British World War II veterans
in 1948 to Become One of the largest international sporting events by the early
21st century. Paralympians strive for equal treatment with non-disabled Olympic
athletes, but there is a large funding gap between Olympic and Paralympic
athletes.
The
Paralympic Games are organized in parallel with the Olympic Games, while the
IOC Recognized Special Olympics World Games include athletes with intellectual
disabilities, and the Deaflympics include deaf athletes.
Given the
wide variety of disabilities que Paralympic athletes have, there are Several
categories in Which the athletes compete. The allowable disabilities are broken
down into ten eligible impairment types. The categories are impaired muscle
power, impaired passive range of movement, limb deficiency, leg length
difference, short stature, hypertonia, ataxia, athetosis, vision impairment and
intellectual impairment. These categories are further broken down into
classifications, Which vary from sport to sport. The classification system has
led to cheating controversies revolving around athletes who over-stated Their
disabilities, in addition to the use of performance-enhancing drugs seen in
other events.
Name and symbol
Although the name was originally coined as a
portmanteau combining "paraplegic" (due to its origins the games for
people with spinal injuries) and "Olympic," the inclusion of other
disability groups que meant this was no longer Considered very accurate. The
present formal explanation for the name is That It derives from the Greek
preposition παρά, stop ( "beside" or "alongside") and Thus
Refers to a competition held in parallel with the Olympic Games. The Summer
Games of 1988 held in Seoul was the first team the term "Paralympic" came
into official use.
"Spirit in Motion" is the motto for the
Paralympic movement. The symbol for the Paralympics contains three colors, red,
blue, and green, Which are the colors most widely Represented in the flags of
nations. The colors are each in the shape of an Agito (Which is Latin for
"I move") Which is the name given Beheerder to an asymmetrical
crescent specially designed for the Paralympic movement. The three Agitos
circle central point, Which is the symbol for the athletes congregating from
all points of the globe. The motto and symbol of the IPC Were changed in 2003
to Their current versions. The change was intended to convey the idea que
Paralympians have a spirit of competition and que the IPC to an organization
accomplish it its potential and is moving forward to Achieve it. The vision of
the IPC is, "To enable Paralympic athletes to Achieve sporting excellence
and to inspire and excite the world. „The Paralympic anthem is "Hymn de
l'Avenir" or "Anthem of the Future". It was composed by Thierry
Darnis and ADOPTED the the official anthem in March 1996.
Categories
The IPC has
established ten disability categories, including physical, visual, and
intellectual impairment. Athletes with one of these disabilities can compete in
the Paralympics though not every sport can allow for every disability category.
These categories apply to both Summer and Winter Paralympics.
Physical
Impairment – There are eight different types of physical impairment:
Impaired
muscle power – With impairments in this category, the force generated by
muscles, such as the muscles of one limb, one side of the body or the lower
half of the body is reduced, due to spinal-cord injury, spina bifida or polio.
Impaired
passive range of movement – Range of movement in one or more joints is reduced
in a systematic way. Acute conditions such as arthritis are not included.
Loss of limb
or limb deficiency – A total or partial absence of bones or joints from partial
or total loss due to illness, trauma, or congenital limb deficiency (dysmelia).
Leg-length
difference – Significant bone shortening occurs in one leg due to congenital
deficiency or trauma.
Short stature
– Standing height is reduced due to shortened legs, arms and trunk, which are
due to a musculoskeletal deficit of bone or cartilage structures.
Hypertonia –
Hypertonia is marked by an abnormal increase in muscle tension and reduced
ability of a muscle to stretch. Hypertonia may result from injury, disease, or
conditions which involve damage to the central nervous system (e.g. cerebral
palsy).
Ataxia –
Ataxia is an impairment that consists of a lack of coordination of muscle
movements ( cerebral palsy, Friedreich’s ataxia).
Intellectual
Disability – Athletes with a significant impairment in intellectual functioning
and associated limitations in adaptive behaviour. The IPC primarily serves
athletes with physical disabilities, but the disability group Intellectual
Disability has been added to some Paralympic Games. This includes only elite
athletes with intellectual disabilities diagnosed before the age of 18.
However, the IOC-recognized Special Olympics World Games are open to all people
with intellectual disabilities.
Classification system
Within the
disability categories the athletes still need to be divided according to level
of impairment. The classification systems differ from sport to sport and are
intended to open up sports to as many athletes as possible who can participate
in fair competitions against athletes with similar levels of ability. The
biggest challenge in the classification system is how to account for the wide
variety and severity of disabilities. Consequently, there is a range of
impairment within most classifications .
Medical
classification (until 1980s)
From its
inception until the 1980s, the Paralympic system for classifying athletes
consisted of a medical evaluation and diagnosis of impairment. An athlete's
medical condition was the only factor used to determine what class they
competed in. For example, an athlete who had a spinal cord injury that resulted
in lower limb paresis, would not compete in the same wheelchair race as an
athlete with a double above-knee amputation. The fact that their disability
caused the same impairment did not factor into classification determination,
the only consideration was their medical diagnosis. It was not until views on
disabled athletics shifted from just a form of rehabilitation to an end in
itself, that the classification system changed from medical diagnosis to a
focus on the functional abilities of the athlete.
Sports
There are
twenty-two sports on the Summer Paralympic program and five sports on the
Winter Paralympics program. Within some of the sports are several events. For
example, alpine skiing has downhill, super combined, super-G, slalom, giant
slalom. The IPC has governance over several of the sports but not all of them.
Other international organizations, known as International Sports Federations
(IF), notably the International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation
(IWAS), the International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA), and the Cerebral
Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association (CP-ISRA), govern some
sports that are specific to certain disability groups. There are national
chapters for these International Sport Federations including National Paralympic
Committees, which are responsible for recruitment of athletes and governance of
sports at the national level.
