Travel: Travel Journals #2

Hi, guys! It's Caio Gabriel and in this post we will read a little about travel journals. The world is our home and therefore accompany travelers in action through stories that send us across the world is one of the things that gives us pleasure in Soul Traveler. Whether by bike, train, in a motor home or a ride, whether in Africa, Asia, the Middle East or South America, this is the space to share long trips with the Lusophone community of travel enthusiasts.

 • Travel terminated: Every week during the 14month world tour carried out between July 2004 and September 2005, Filipe Morato Gomes sent travel chronicles and photographs to be published in the magazine TRAILS the public newspaper travel supplement. Here are a version unedited of these travel chronicles one of the unpublished texts which experiences backdrop in Russia, Mongolia, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, Sri Lanka, Myanmar (Burma), Malaysia, Singapore, Bali, East Timor, Australia, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Venezuela. By Filipe Morato Gomes.

 • Diary of Pikitim, around the world in family: The Daily Pikitim design has an underlying idea as bold as it is simple: travel to three families with a child. Show our daughter, about to be five years, we live in a small drop of a great ocean called Earth. The globepad hanging in your room is, after all, made of a huge diversity and, on the opposite side of this globe, the boys live, talk and play differently, but they are just boys like her.

With the Pacific Ocean as the epicenter of our scope of action, most of us will travel in island environments, predictably in places like Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, Cook Islands, the coast western United States and Canada and eventually before homecoming, a foray to Costa Rica and Panama or some Caribbean islands. By Luisa Pinto and Filipe Morato Gomes.
